  1. Use a Real Person’s Name in the Sender Field – Receiving mail from an actual person is more friendly than from a brand. Whenever possible add a personal element to your mail. Basically, it attracts the receiver that mail is coming directly from the person whom he contacts.
  2. Keep your emails out of spam folders – If your carefully constructed emails are flagged as spam, they’ll never see the light of day. We have to focus on avoiding using all caps, too many exclamation marks, and hyperbolic phrases. Here are some points on how to avoid spam: Avoid Purchased Lists, Get Certified, Monitor Your Deliverability.
  3. Look Clean and crisp – We have to make sure that our Email should be short, understandable, and use relevant keywords and phrases. We also used bullets to highlights some vital points.
  4. Make emails mobile-friendly – As we all know the first thing people do in the morning to check their phone. We also should know that every 2 people open their mail on their phone. If your emails aren’t optimized for viewing on these devices, you’re potentially missing out on a huge number of clicks.
  5. Double-check – Never send anything without making sure it’s working properly for you. Double-check your message, have a look at it, the message you draft should look like the same you want to be or not. Draft your message before sending it to anyone.
  6. Choose the best time – The best time to send an email will differ depending on your audience. We have to schedule our post according to the targeted audience that we have. Some people open their mail-in morning, some at night so we have to schedule our post accordingly.
