Collaboration Software Meemim Shuts Down

Collaboration Software

Meemim is software to share knowledge among teams and people in an organization. This platform will shut down at the end of February 2019. Clients get a month to migrate their data and find an alternative platform.

But this shutdown is only for free users. Paying users can use the service until 2020 or longer.

Meemim said, “customers will have to move the data between the systems manually because of the cost involved in providing data extracts.”

“This is an important point to remember because the back-end infrastructure will be shut down at the end of the month. It means no data will be stored or made available beyond that point.”

It is advisable to migrate data earlier. Because delaying to last minute may cause problems due to increased traffic or technical fault.
There are many collaboration software available in the marketplace to choose from. Here are some of the other options: Trello, Slack, G SuiteOffice 365.
